Registration & Login

Signing up at spin gaming is quick and easy. On the registration page enter your name, mobile number, email, password, and preferred currency. Verify your phone number with an OTP and upload your KYC documents. The entire process takes just 3 minutes.

To register, you will need: full name, mobile number (Bangladeshi), email address, date of birth, password, and preferred currency (BDT). For KYC, a copy of your National ID card or passport will be required.

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

On the login page Click the "Forgot Password?" option. A reset code will be sent to your registered mobile number or email. Use the code to set a new password.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification keeps the platform secure and helps prevent money laundering. Withdrawals are not available until KYC is complete. Simply upload photos of the front and back of your National ID card to get verified.

Deposit & Withdrawal

Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering refers to how many times you need to bet the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example, 10x wagering on a ৳100 bonus means you need to place a total of ৳1000 in bets. Once the wagering requirement is met, the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

Yes. You can cancel an active bonus from Account Settings. However, if you've already placed bets using the bonus, cancelling it will deduct that bonus amount from your balance.

Once you receive a free bet, go to the Betting section and when placing a bet on any event, you will see the "Use Free Bet" option. If your free bet wins, only the profit portion is withdrawable.

Betting Rules

Spin Gaming uses decimal odds. For example, odds of 2.50 mean a ৳100 bet returns ৳250 if you win (৳150 profit). In live betting, odds change in real time. For more details, Betting Guide View.

If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet is voided and the full stake is returned to your account. For a single bet, the entire amount is refunded. For multi-selection bets, the cancelled leg is removed and the remaining selections are settled at the reduced odds.

The Cash Out feature lets you take partial or full returns from your bet before the match ends. Go to the "My Bets" section and click Cash Out if the option is available. The Cash Out value changes based on the current state of the match.

The maximum bet amount varies by event and market. Limits are generally higher for major international matches. The maximum limit is shown automatically when placing a bet.

Live Betting lets you place bets in real time while a match is in progress. Odds update every second. Log in, head to the "Live" section, and bet on your preferred market from any ongoing event. Quick decision-making is the key to success in Live Betting.

Account Security

After logging in, go to Account Settings and enable "Two-Factor Authentication" under the Security section. An OTP will be sent to your mobile. With 2FA active, no one can access your account even if they know your password.

Change your password immediately and email support@spingaming.ws. The support team will temporarily lock your account and launch an investigation. Your login history will also be reviewed.
