01 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the user ("User" or "you") and Spin Gaming ("we", "us") with respect to the use of the Spin Gaming platform and its services.

02 Account Registration

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

• Your full name must match exactly as it appears on your national ID or passport.
• A valid date of birth, phone number, and email address must be provided.
• To update your details after registration, please contact our support team.
• Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of winnings.

2.4 KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before withdrawals. You may be required to submit a copy of your national ID or passport, a selfie, and proof of your payment method.

03 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when betting on spin gaming. Separate rules govern Sports Betting and casino games on our platform.

3.1 Bet Placement Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Once your bet is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation message.
• Spin Gaming is not liable for bets that go unrecorded due to technical errors.
• Spin Gaming reserves the right to void any bet recorded at incorrect odds due to a system error.

3.2 Odds & Payouts

All odds are displayed in decimal format. Payouts are calculated based on the odds shown at the time the bet is confirmed, regardless of any subsequent changes.

3.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a match is cancelled or ends before the scheduled time, spin gaming will settle bets in accordance with standard rules. Cancelled event bets are typically refunded.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transaction rules for spin gaming are detailed below. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳500.
• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
• There are no additional charges on deposits. However, fees imposed by your payment provider may apply.

4.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be on hold if KYC verification is not completed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Additional verification may be required for unusually large withdrawals.

4.3 Failed Transactions

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Spin Gaming offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Please read these general terms as well as the specific terms of each offer before opting in.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• A specific turnover must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn (typically 15–30 times the bonus amount).
• Some games do not contribute 100% towards wagering calculations.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any bonus that expires will be automatically forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Spin Gaming strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including arbitrage betting and using multiple accounts to claim bonuses. Suspicious activity may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Spin Gaming platform. Violations may result in account suspension and balance forfeiture.

• Multi-Account: Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited.
• Fraud: Any attempt at providing false information, identity theft, or financial fraud.
• Arbitrage Betting: Placing opposing bets across multiple platforms to exploit bonuses.
• Use of Software: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Match Fixing: Any activity related to influencing the outcome of a game.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your account.

07 Account Closure & Suspension

Spin Gaming reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• At the user's request (voluntary closure).
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

7.1 Closure at User's Request

08 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Changes to Terms
